About The Team

Who would have thought that House of Joy would grow from its humble beginnings to what we see today! Whilst it is true to say that House of Joy is a school, it is now so much more. It’s a true family made up of children, staff, farmers, builders, wider community members, trustees and other volunteers, all working together to maximize learning opportunities, protect the vulnerable and bring about sustainable change.

When thinking about any project we believe that it’s beneficial to be able to connect names with faces. To that end, we decided to dedicate a corner of our website to where visitors could meet some key people involved with House of Joy.

We also want to take a moment to say a public and heartfelt thanks to every person represented in this section. Your ongoing contribution has made House of Joy what it is today.  May God bless you.

Something which the majority in the West would purchase almost without a second thought would be a rare treat for anyone in the region where House of Joy is situated.
